Quality Is Fantastic

This really surprised me I thought it would be easy to bend but its heavy its the right size its just something really nice wish they had a Woman Card

Old or rusted?
When it came in, the little bag that it was in was covered in rust/orange gunk and so was the opener. I tried washing it to get some of the gunk. The printing is terrible and it just looks a mess.
