BSA - Can of 500 Elite domed pellets - 177/4.5mm

These look like good pellets and when put into the club PCP rifle they deliver high repeatability and accuracy. However in my own springer when I close the breach unless I really push the pellet forward it does have a tendency to twist the end of the pellet, which means that it will fly off at an angle! They seem very delicate, but they tell me that guns will obviously prefer a certain type of pellet. I guess this pellet is just not a good match for my gun.

Roughly half a dozen malformed pellets out of the tin is all. Better than some tins I've had.

As other reviews have stated a lot of the pellets are deformed so cannot be used. I suffered a couple of jams in the rotary magazines (Umarex) as well and misfires. Accuracy is on the whole very good as is velocity.

Good value product

Fast delivery which I can’t complain about, but the pellets are poor, only about 1 in 5 will fit in the barrel, they are just to big, lots of them have deformed tails, they are also very soft. I would not recommend these.

I used these pellets in a 10 metre target competition with an air arms 200 target rifle and blew the bullseye out many times over .. I didn't have a problem with them at all.
