Picky cat approved
My 2 long haired cats never let me brush them. I have tried every brush known to man. This is the only brush they like and will let me use. Just don’t let your cat know it has mist or they will be scared and flip out

Cats love it
My cats really love this, although I had to learn to brush them a few times before turning on the mist. It gets a ton of hair off and since it's damp, there isn't a ton of loose fly away hairs when I remove it from the brush. It works best on my long haired cat, but doesn't get as much hair off my short haired cat, likely because she sheds less. My puppy likes it too, and it's a nice way to refresh her coat while soothing her skin. I like the fact that it charges on USB since I detest buying batteries, and the charge lasts a good while.

good brush, ok on spray
I got this Steamy Cat Brush because I thought it was a cute idea and my cat sheds like crazy. My cat enjoys being brushed and I do have a variety of brushes but this seemed different with the steam feature so I gave it a try. It is made with silicone bristles and handle which are firm enough but gentle on my cat. While it is also a comfortable grip in my hand. Here is where it becomes mixed. My cat enjoyed being brushed and things were going pretty well but then I started using the mister. Basically, what happened was the first couple of mists were good and then the hair from my cat blocked the steam spot and the water then dripped. If I cleaned the bristles each time before next steam then it comes out ok. The next issue I had was damp hands which then caused cat hair to stick all over them. Problem solved by having a small hand towel nearby. It did get a lot of hair because of the bristles but for the steam feature it really needs to be cleaned out of hair between brushes.

They seem to enjoy it
Few of us get to use a phrase like "Now I can steam clean my cat!" in front of their boyfriends, and mine was very confused as to which 'cat' I was referring to. 5 stars just for that.2 of my 3 cats laid still for me to use this on them. I'm not sure it's getting all the loose hair off of them, but they seemed to be enjoying the attention and the brushing, so I'm counting this as a win. I'm hoping it helps keep dander down.

Made the water smell weird. Didn’t work that great

Nice
It’s very quiet and the noise doesn’t bother the cats. It only takes a little mist to dampen their fur then you can turn it off and keep brushing. Lifting the hair out is easy too.
