It's easy to use and well made.It works really well. I started on the lowest resistance and quickly advanced. I can tell a lot of difference in my hand strength.I can also see muscle development in my hands. I do 3 sets of 10 each night.I've had to work up to 10 reps on some levels.It works!

Only thing i’d change is the wrist band rubs on my skin and is pretty hard to change the weight size.

I've been using for a week and i feel it's helping me a lot.It was easy to use and simple to understand.My fingers are pretty chubby so it feels thight and bothers me after 15-20 minutes using it.

The usage is quite intuitive. You simply slip it onto all five fingers and grip. However, it doesn't seem to fit well for people with small hands like mine. I ended up returning the product. The part that goes on the fingertips kept sliding inward and falling off, so I never got to use it properly before returning it. It would be great if there were a better way to secure the ends of the fingers in place.

I like how this works out your wrist at the same time it's working out your fingers. Used a couple times and the material seems very durable.
