After receiving this product, I followed the directions for removing the 2 screws from the dashboard surface mounted holder. Thank goodness it was simple, because it obviously didn't fit.Return to Amazon was easy. Waiting on refund to hit my account.

did not fit my 2019 dodge ram 1500 classic express. i found out that they had 2 dash styles. mine was the older style the product looked good and was delivered on time.

It fits the area perfectly, and it looks somewhat factory. I’m not crazy about the clamp on style phone holder, so I stuck my pop socket holder onto the holder, and it works. I will say that the Ram truck already has plenty of blind spots, and this will give you yet another one with your phone blocking some of your view, but definitely worth it. I’m looking into other phone holders that have the same size “ball” mount so that I can swap out the clamp to either a pop socket style or a MagSafe style holder. Will update later.

More screws have to be removed, some at a very odd angles. Screw heads on original equipment are not standard screw heads. Definitely not a good choice.
