I was hesitant to commit with these steps because of the price, but they are exactly as described and very light weight so you can move them around very easily. Took about 48 hours for them to fully expand into their final shape which is quite a bit higher than pretty much all of the others on the market, which is what I wanted. Doggo just needed a couple of treats and positive reinforcement to use them, and now we're good to go. The removable cover will be good when it comes time to cleaning as my pup sheds.It's a robust product, and I would definitely recommend these steps.

Arrived with a tear in the side of the material. Also height states 60cm but it's 50cm. Want to return but since it was vacuum packed I can't get it back into the box. Unhappy to pay $119 for the wrong item and its damaged.

Our boy just adores these stairs, they're sturdy and soft enough with perfect height. We are very happy.

Just received this product to find it is faulty with two holes present in the side panel fabric. What about quality control and pre-delivery inspection. Please respond with what you are going to do about this. Thank you.

This is great because it's soft and lightweight enough to easily carry from room to room (sofa during the day, bed at night). It didn't take long for our smaller dogs to figure out how to use it.It's very squishy, as there is no inner structure, it's just a high-density foam form shaped as three steps. The steps are so shallow it's almost a ramp, which is also fine for our dogs. Our tiniest guys don't make a dent in it when they walk on it. Our slightly heavier dog (13 lbs?) does make a little dent when he traverses it. Our 55lb dog tried to use it and it just smooshed and slid out from under him. We laughed.The only thing I don't like is that there's no way to make this not slide around on a hard floor (I'm sure it stays put on a rug or carpet). The rubber dots on the bottom aren't adequate to serve as anti-slip on a concrete floor.It is nice that the cover can be removed to wash.Also, because this is so lightweight and very squishable, it would be a good for car trips with a dog who will need help accessing a sofa or bed away from home.I can't say whether it's a $50 value....that will be up to how it serves each individual's needs.
