Pleasantly surprised
Once I had everything together I only had to pull 3 times and it fired up ready for action We cut up a 25 year old Bradford pear tree up into about 2 foot sections and this saw was flawless , cuts were clean and straightThe saw is louder than what I’m accustomed to but I live in a rural area so that is not really a problem. I’ve randomly cranked it up since the first use and it never takes more than 2 pullsSo far I’m pleased with it

Not like I thought
The saw looks like it was put together very well. Compression sounded perfect, but it would not start. Pulled on it for 3.5 hours, nothing. Followed everything the manual said to do, still no fire. I’ll have to take it to a shop, to find out why it will not start. Disappointed. Most reviews said it started right up, my saw did not, at all. I have had chain saws for 45 years. This has never happened to me before.

Seems to work very well.
Bought this to cut up a large tree that fell over due to storm damage. Seems to cut very well. Only issue I have had is it is not as easy to start as my older one but I think I have it figured out now.

Does not start
This product is garbage! It takes 100 pulls to start it every time. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

good value for the price well made
this is a excellent saw for cutting up trees recently droped several 100 to 150 ft trees this saw cut them like butter. very powerfull and the price is the best for the value . long as you run it out of gas at end of each use it should last several years. compared to a husky equivilent this is the smart buy.

Spend the extra $ to get a Stihl or Husqvarna.
I have to retighten the chain about every 1/2 hour of use. I bought a 50:1 can of 90 octane and add 3 oz of fully synthetic 2 cycle oil to get 25:1. I have to buy a new chain because the two that came with the chainsaw are junk. It looks similar to Husqvarna, but it is a knock off, not a clone. So far the engine runs and starts great. $140 (including S&H). Ok, I guess.

Very cheap quality product...
I'm not new to chainsaws. Got this coocheer 20" a couple of months ago, read all of the instructions, had hell starting it. Finally got it to fire up 1 time, tuned it, ran it, and stored it. Came back to it when I needed it, and it had leaked all of the oil and gas out over my shop. Refilled everything, tried for 30 mins to get it to start again, and then pull string mechanism broke on me. Very disappointing and poor quality.
