Great to have to slice as a snack with drinks
Good piece of well prepared meat . A stand is a good thing to hold the beast in place while slicing and a fair bit of skill is needed to achieve the wafer thin cut required to enjoy this to its full . Keep the cutting face covered with a piece of lightly oiled greaseproof paper I dont like clingfilm but I suppose it works , I just dont know if it reacts with oil and grease?? Anyway , keep it covered .Just watch out for the leg or the shoulder description because they are a similar shape but have differing bone structure , quality and price .

Lovely yummy ham. My only problem (not with the product) was that it was too big to keep in our small kitchen, so it had to live in our bedroom. I had a couple of months of popping upstairs after work for a quick meaty snack, and will look back on these months fondly.
