This watch is absolutely beautiful, I love it so much it goes really well with all of my dainty bracelets. It is such good quality and I've gotten tons of compliments from it. When I got the watch and was removing links the tool broke, but customer service quickly solved this issue for me and sent another tool my way quickly. Overall, love this watch and company, but the tool is extremely delicate so be VERY careful.

I was looking for a classic look watch to wear with the anniversary bangle bracelet my husband gifted me and this watch was perfect! I love the watch, but also the beautiful box it came in. Also included is a tool to remove links for a perfect fit. Love Love Love

The media could not be loaded. The band for the watch is so cute but the watch face is tiny. For some people you may like that but for me it just looks like it’s for a little kid. I wanted to love this watch so bad. It was in my cart forever but unfortunately I will be returning. If the watch face was a little bigger it would be THE IT GIRL watch.

I watched the video on how to remove links and followed the instructions exactly as the video instructed. I used the link remover tool very gently to remove a couple of links so that the watch would fit, but the part of the link remover that pushes the pins out is VERY fragile and when I tried to push the pin back into the band to reconnect one side, the needle like part of the tool broke off. Now I cannot remove any links on the other side to make the watch fit. I have sent a message to the seller to request a replacement tool. Awaiting a response.UPDATE: I have to revise my review to rate this company as a 5 star! I reached out to the seller with my issues with the link remover and was most impressed with their response. Not only did they send me a new tool, they refunded me a portion of the cost of the watch to compensate me for my time and frustration. I got the tool quickly and was able to remove the links I needed to so that the watch fits nicely on my wrist. I am beyond impressed with Nicole at their customer service and would now rate my purchase as a 5 star. Nicely done, Nicole! I am very satisfied!

I was bummed because it didn’t look yellow gold. But details on watch really pretty. Had to return it because it wasn’t what I wanted! But very beautiful.

Love it they included the link removal tool too. Just what I looking for! I love small watch my wrist very small so I like very small watches that comfortable and light weight. I been looking for it for a while now, but I can’t find a good one until I saw this one it’s very good looking jewelry watch. I Hoping it last long. Now days they don’t make small watches anymore they only make very huge watches I don’t like it sometimes I don’t have a choice just have to buy big one to heavy to big.
