I love this book
I love this book! I am the type of person who struggles with motivation to improve my fitness and health. This is the first time I have come across the idea that it's ok to be 80% committed and not beat yourself up about a cheat day. In fact it even goes as far as to list 250 foods that are fine to eat, including choices from all of the favourite restaurants/fast food chains.There's hope for me yet lol

Nice paperback, don't get me wrong this is not a magic formula or indeed a meal plan to follow. An easy read it contains small chunks of magazine wriiten style advice to help you take small steps which will in time lead to a big difference

good book - full of useful info

Good read but not a revolutionary diet
Really liked the book as it's full of useful tips. Not sure if the plan is suitable for busy people, but with a bit of determination and will power I am sure the weight loss would be achieved
