The media could not be loaded.  I love that this packet only has five calories!The flavor is delicious!I am a frequent business traveler and anything I can take in a packet is very convenient for me I have food sensitivities and am vegan so I was excited to have this option to try as it doesn't have anything that I can't tolerate. I did not experience any negative reactions from consuming the beverage.The tube protects the packets very well in shipment but I wonder if it isn't a bit wasteful to manufacture a thick cardboard tube for just 7 packets of drink mix.

My wife wanted to try this vegan pre-workout powder because she has been trying to get back in shape and is lifting weights again. She was very impressed by the pink lemonade flavor, because she normally hates the taste of sucralose but found that it wasn't noticeable in this drink. The product did work for her as far as providing energy for her workout. The only downside for her is that she seems to be mildly allergic to some component of it. By the third time she tried it, she had progressed from just feeling warm in the face to having itchy hands. We're still giving it four stars, though, because we think it will be great for anyone who doesn't have allergies. I'll try it next and then report back if I have any issues.

So these seem to work pretty good. I added it to my water before my workout and felt great. I seemed to have so much more energy and was hydrated. The taste was pretty good. It was like a normal flavor pack in the water. It had a slight pink lemonade flavor, not too strong but yet right.

This pre-workout is super convenient to just quickly grab a pre-measured packet and throw in your gym bag.I like that it's easy to just pour a packet into a water bottle and shake it up instead of having to scoop powder out of a larger container. Since I'm usually mixing mine in the car, these are a much less messy option.The taste of these is great. They do, in fact, taste like pink lemonade, which is a great improvement from some other preworkout powders available. These take maybe 15 minutes to kick in and give a comfortable energy boost without being *too much* or causing a jittery reaction. I also didn't notice any crash after these.Overall, these are a convenient and tasty preworkout option that provide a nice energy boost for a workout.

If you've ever taken a pre-work out booster, you know what to expect- various degrees of energy and questionable side effects ranging from jitters, to sweats, to feeling like your skin is crawling. Not fun.This one claims to be different, and I suppose it is, on account of being vegan. I personally felt like my ears were on fire and I had to move RIGHT NOW a few minutes after drinking these. The caffeine and taurine also had my heart rate a little too high for my cardio. Pretty okay on a strength training day.I also thought these were cloyingly sweet. Even in 20 oz of water (vs the 8-10 oz suggested) it felt like I was drinking straight sugar.

Great to be able to grab these from my truck and mix them in a Powerade bottle during a strenuous day at work. Not the most high-octane PWO, but very effective at providing smooth sustained multi-modal energy.

I don’t care for the taste. It’s not horrible. It does mix well.I also don’t notice that much of a change or feeling. Although I don’t want a rush, I’d like something.

Very nice packaging (personally, I found the packaging really fancy and to be honest, a bit over the top and overdone for basically 7 pre-packed tubes of pre-workout, but that is just my personal opinion). This pre-workout is packed with all the basic powerhouse ingredients, including L-Citrulline, Beta Alanine, Taurine, Ashwaganda, Caffeine (Green Coffee). Sucralose is the chosen sweetener. I found the pink lemonade flavor to be more like a lemonade “julius.” Very tasty. Felt a nice, smooth “uplifted”’feel that stayed with me through my workouts and helped me power through. Got a decent performance boost, enhanced force production, focus and endurance. Very good product.
