I actually got these because from time to time I get various compulsory tics, and this time I got one that made me want to cross and clench my toes. After a couple days they were really sore, and starting to hurt when I walked. I figured I would give these separators a try and they really helped. They are very stretchy, but fit tight once you work them onto your toes. They made it pretty much impossible to move my toes at all so I could definitely see them working well for other ailments requiring your toes to stay straight and separated.

These are good for just a short term use for up to 2-3 hours but not overnight use, since they start to irritate the skin between your toes after awhile. they're comfortable otherwise. They don't make a dramatic difference in the toe spacing since the spacers themselves aren't that wide... probably since these are one size fits all, so for a size 9 foot like mine, the spacers are a bit too small... might be better for someone with a size 5-7 foot?Easy to rinse off and reuse, and they're very stretchy and easy to put on your toes. These alone won't do anything for correcting bunions, but they're meant to just provide separation on your off time when your feet have time to spread out. I don't think these would be comfortable to wear inside footwear due to the fact that they start to irritate the skin between the toes after awhile and that's without wearing them inside any shoes (I tried to wear them inside my ugg's one day, but it was too uncomfortable.)

Holy moly, I LOVE THESE!! I'm not kidding, the feeling you get when you put these on and walk around is just so right!I've been on a mission for about a year now to reclaim my natural feet and have seen these toe separators before but never gave them much thought. When I came across these through the Vine program, I figured I should give them a shot and I'm so glad I did! I work from home now and go barefoot all day in the house and try to as well when I go out now too. Since it's not really socially acceptable yet to go barefoot in public, I've noticed that after wearing these for a week straight, my toes are feeling much more crowded in shoes and that's a good thing! It means they're working!When they first arrived, I thought they might be a bit too flimsy and soft to really provide any meaningful separation, but not the case at all. If they were any harder, I'm sure I couldn't wear them all day. If I have to throw on shoes, I can fit these in my wide toe barefoot style shoes no problem. I've also got a slight web between my second and third toes on each foot and these separators adapt to that really well - the silicone provides plenty of accommodation for different foot and toe variances. They also work really well in combination with using a lacrosse ball to roll out the bottom of your feet and help with range of foot motion!I've only tried using the straightener strap once while watching a movie and I think you've got to be careful with it and ease into that routine. I went a little too hard right off the bat and my big toes were a tad sore. Take it easy to start and build up to longer/harder sessions.I seriously love these and I think you will too! Order a set and take back your natural feet!

these were intended to help with recovery after surgery. the toes were kinda messed up so screws were inserted to help straighten them. but sometimes, they still need a little help laying the right way. these toe separators didn't say on a full minute. I thought they'd be a great way to give the little piggies some help, but this toe separator had the piggies crying all the way home.

Toe spacers like this are one of the cheapest and most underrated things you can get to improve your general wellbeing. Having your toes squished together by shoes everyday has a multitude of negative effects not just on your feet, but everything up stream of them including your knees, hips, and lower back.Just remember to start slowly since you will be stretching tendons and ligaments that have been neglected for years. If you over do it the first few days you will regret it later. Start with 10 minutes of light use in a day and work your way up slowly.I am very happy with these. They are very stretchy and easy to put on, even on my size 13 feet. Since they are silicone they can just be washed in the sink, scrubbing is optional.I did not use the toe straightener since I do not need it, but it is a nice addition since many people would benefit from straightening out their big toe before it becomes a bunion and requires more drastic and expensive intervention.

Son muy suaves, el tacto es muy agradable de silicona y tiene sensación de frescor. Lo único que cuestan un poco de poner, las tienes que recolocar bien para que surjan efecto. Si las llevas un rato supongo que al principio cansan un poco. Creo que tiene que ser poco a poco y también cada pie es diferente. En cuanto al tensor super bien, se pueden hacer varios ejercicios de tensión que permiten que el dedo gordo haga separación del resto.

Todo un acierto estos separadores de pies. Además tengo el pie grande y estos estiran bastante. Son de silicona flexible muy suaves y cómodos.

Van súper bien, lo estoy llevando 15 min al día y noto los pies más relajados. La banda correctora es muy elástica y siento la diferencia haciendo las rutinas que sugiere la marca.Muy contenta 😊
