Very disappointed...
Not overly impressed...I received the pan. And I was looking forward to getting this pan as I love what it does, but the hinges are bent and where each side connects with the other, is not well made at all. Not for £35! Basically, these issues amount to not being able to flip the pan over without it coming apart...

Nice little product
Product is very good. Met all my expectations. Delivery reasonably fast.I use for omelettes, frittatas and works beautifully.

Makes omlettes a pleasant surprise
The design allows par cooking the eggs prior to adding the filling. Because there two sections you can put veggies and meat on one side, while using the other side to add the cheese. A quick flip and the both sections become an omelette. Flipping it over allows browning both sides to ensure through cooking. A simple design that produces excellent results
