I am so glad I found this golf hitting mat. This mat came out of the box ready to help me improve my golf game. To start, it has a thick, high density foam base that feels comfortable under your feet, but not too soft. The artificial grass is a great length, and high quality so it doesn't leave any residue on your clubs like some hitting mats do. The high density foam does a good job of simulating ground contact while swinging your club, but doesn't hinder swing speed as you swing through. The included multi-height tees are great, and allow me to practice all my shots from driver down to irons. The hole cutout is an added bonus I didn't even notice when I originally purchased. The mat isn't large enough to practice long puts, but it still let's me practice my striking with my putter to make sure I'm hitting the ball straight. I purchased this for myself, but could be a great gift for that father, husband, brother in your life that likes to practice their game in between rounds at the course.

This mat is typical thickness. Not the heaviest I’ve seen, but not thin either. The interchangeable hitting pad is a nice feature but it does not sit flush with the rest of the mat so be careful to place the ball on the forward portion of the hitting area so that you do not hook your club on it. Strange that the holes for the rubber tees are on the opposite side of the removable hitting pad so one would need to rotate the entire mat if they wanted to alternate driver to iron for instance. I just use the include rubber tees on top of the mat instead of sticking them through the holes.Took a few days for the mat to flatten out from shipping.

Thick mat! Works great! Much better quality than I expected. It is definitely heavy duty. I placed this at the end of my pier and use biodegradable golf balls. Works great, the tee is repositionable. Works great for putting as well. Easy to set up, just unroll and play. It does come with 5 golf balls to get you started as well. It also comes with varying different tees for all skill levels. Great purchase, excellent quality, great for all ages! Easy to clean, just spray off with hose and you are all set.

This golf mat has had me really impressed for the time that I’ve had it. It is a good balance point between good padding yet light weight and easy to move when needed. For my setup I have to move and put in some place else and this mat is perfect for that. It also comes with multiple different hitting areas that you could strike off of. There a regular tee off material, a rough grass material, sloped material, and also includes a mat that shows how you are striking the ball, which is really helpful when narrowing and tracking down how well you hit the ball. This mat has multiple different features that are good in every case and has no issues. Very happy with this purchase, and would recommend to anybody in the market into purchasing.

I bought this with the hopes that I could replace the hitting section and not have to spend $100+ to do so. After a month of very light use (maybe 300 balls hit) the Velcro section doesn't stick anymore so the hitting section is constantly coming off and I'm not even swapping the hitting sections. I am also having a tough time finding a replacement section for when I do need to replace it. On top of all of that, I have developed a soreness in my elbow which never was an issue with other hitting mats I have used hitting a lot more balls. Not saying it's the mat that is causing it but weird coincidence that it only started after using the mat. I would look for another mat than this one, I sure will be**UPDATE**The company reached out to me and offered a full refund. I am changing the rating from a 1 star to a 3 star based on the poor quality mat that I received but the quick response to remedy the situation. Hopefully my mat was a defect

It's been 10 years since I played golf and want to get back into the game. I played and was awful with chips and driving. I picked up this matt because it accommodates both shots. The rough is realistic, the matt is perfect to drive from and the backing is incredible good to not slide around. I have put hrs already into this and my swing is coming back and there is zero damage to the matt. Don't scrimp with cheap mats. The size is perfect it's comfortable and will improve your game in numorous ways. Back to playing golf again yay ! 18 stars one for each hole I will now par or birdie lol

Ordered HM4, received HM3!!! Returned, ordered HM4 once again, received HM3 again!! What the heck? Anyone have this issue? Box says model #HM3, label says HM4! Love the mat though, it’s a 5 star!! Just can’t get any help!!😤 No stars for messing up order twice!
