Our 7 year old ADHDer can have a hard time calming down, but the pictures and calming phrases (with a hint of story) in this book does the trick! Amazing art and adorable characters. We can't wait to read more about Little Moose and Wolfie’s adventures!

This is a lovely book full of wise words and beautiful illustrations. on each page Little Moose and Wolfie are show enjoying life and getting into scrapes, or taking time to relax and remember the little things that are important. This is a great introduction to the ideas of mindfulness that kids can learn to nurture as they grow up, and also a good reminder for us adults as we read with them, I have found myself flipping it open in the mornings for a Little Moose reminder for my day. Totally recommend it!!

Cute book to read to my four children. Short and sweet story. I’ve tried to find the other book they advertise in this book in the back but haven’t had much luck.

Don't get me wrong its still a super cute book but I thought it would be actual stories. Its just sayings and quotes with a lot of art work. I got it for my nephew thinking it would be stories about life lessons and being a good person but its more just good sayings like "to grow a forest you only have to plant the first seed." Cute but not what I was expecting.

The quotes are minimal, but the art gives detail - showing, not telling.Little Moose and Wolfie are quintessential boy and dog. Anyone with a little boy they love will enjoy this. Yes, even the parts about messes.

I love the pace of the book. Quite nice. It follows the characters in pictures who play at a normal meandering pace and manage to live more in the process by relaxing into having fun. The pictures are vital to this book they tell more than the words alone could achieve. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to calm down and connect with their inner kid.

I liked pictures but would have liked them better if they were in color. Nice flow of story. Bought for my grandson as we are descendents of Vikings.

I Loved everything about this book from the written words to the Awesome illustrations I would recommend t to adults and children alike... Everyone in the S.C.A. should own a copy😊❣❣❣

What a wonderful book! The love in the drawings and the wisdom in the words is something for children and adults to share. I am in my 50s and a devotee of mindfulness, and have to say that this book brings something new and magical to the understanding of well being. There is real poignancy in the innocent rightness of Little Moose's take on the world, his huge affection for his dog Wolfie and the simple, and priceless, joy of being together. Wise at beyond its apparent simplicity this is a book to share, to discuss and to return to on the days that get you down. Can't wait to see the other books in this series. Truly recommended. A book to treasure.

This is pretty cool. Bought for 11yr old. The illustrations are good along with a sentence or two on the next page. I will buy for myself soon. Think he will find it helpful. Arrived before time. I highly recommend for people who struggle with anxiety and in general, take a step back and learn from this book. Very easy to read and the pictures go along with what is written on the opposite page. Find it useful for today's world that for some has become overwhelming.

So disappointed with this book, very childish, silly quotes and phrases next to pictures, bought for teenage son to complement other Viking-related gifts but too embarrassed to give it to him, it will find it's way into the charity bag, sorry I wasted my money on this.

I feel like most of the reviews were from family of the author. There's no real story or deep meaning, just a vague line of text on each page. Cute illustrations so I added an extra star.

I bought this book following a review on Amazon and I gave it to my nephew who tends to be very anxious and quite sensitive. My sister has said he really enjoys this book before bed, it has helped him a great deal.
