Great customer service
I assembled the unit per manual instructions. Added oil and fuel. Tried to start it and the motor would not turn over. Thought it was a lemon. I contacted Homdox customer service about the problem via email. Two days later they responded and asked for photos or video of what I was doing. I sent a video. Next day they replied that I should add more oil to it. I added more and the washer fired up first crank!Very impressive customer support to diagnose that solution! Unit runs easily and does the job. This is my first one so now I need to see what I can do with it. Excellent customer support. Well done!

Wouldn't start
Looked great after I spent the time to put it together. But would not start. Tried Customer Service, but not much help. Called 5 times to get the return label and am still waiting 3 weeks later. I'm sure if it had started, I would have been please, but ...

Rocky Beginning to a Great Ending
Let me start by saying at the beginning it was a little frustrating. The original pressure washer that was shipped would not start. I have a mechanical background and did everything I could to get it run to no avail. After some back and forth with the seller they shipped out a replacement. The replacement pressure washer works great. It has accomplished everything I have needed it for and then some. I am definitely impressed with this unit. Working with the seller was frustrating but I understand they have a process they have to complete but it worked out. I would definitely buy other products from this seller.
