Sensa Chews DO NOT easily attach to it.
The lanyard itself is made well, but it is suppose to be purchased with the sensachew (which I did), but the clasp on the lanyard is too big to fit through the small hole in the sensachew. With modifications I made it work.

Works great
It is pretty short but it does just what we need it to do. We use it with the sensachew pendant which is huge! We cut ours down with kitchen shears to make it less obvious for our 9 year old.
