This was placed directly under my husband’s feet because he always get bitten when sitting outside The smell is very strong yet in 10 minutes he had 2 mosquito bites. I doubt very much that it will work to the 30 foot radius as advertised. Rather than deter them, it seems like the smell attracted them. Not impressed with the return process either. We have to pay the shipping then will be reimbursed up to $20 when they receive it. We are in Colombia so the only way to send it is by courier. The return shipping is $70.

We went to the DR with our baby and we were so afraid of Dengue. Not one mosquito approached us.

Pleasant smell, may have decreased number of mosquitoes but did not eliminate them.

Based on what is advertised we were under the impression this is a stand alone repellent device that could be recharged. You have to have it plugged in to work, and we don't have an outlet outside where we would using this device. Rechargeable to me means it doesn't need to be plugged in to work. Maybe I interpreted that wrong. But we are disappointed.

This did nothing for the mosquitos. If anything it seemed like there were more when using it.

Unable to file for warranty. When I enter the order number it just says it can't find the order and will not allow me to register for the warranty.

Starts off strong but after 30min to an hour the cartridge inside no longer produces the repellent odor and no longer holds the intended function
