The product is easy to use, took a little time for my dog to accept it but once he did than it was easy. Normal nail clippers seem little dangerous as we might not know when it hurts the pup but with this grinder safety issue is not there.

I got this gridner recently and its quite very slow speed and not able to grind the nail my lab, It took more than 1 hour to grind nails and in between battery was blink red light and i was scared it should not be end so i just trim one paw and for another i charge again and complete it. I bought it becasue it has almost good reviews and spend almost 1800 but i did not expect slow speed and battery just gone in 1 hour. Only have 2 speed mode which is i think suitable only for small puppies breed it not for lab and those have hard nails. I recommend buying something that is stronger unless perhaps you have a pocket dog. Regret for my this purchase As a result, I cannot recommend this product to others specially for medium large dog breed.

It does the job very well, labrador is 3 month old and his nails are very sharp and as per vet this period we are not supposed to cut the nail so we need to grind his nail. This is an ideal product for me as I search various product and this is satisfied my job. Have used it for a month. It works exactly as mentioned. The motor is powerful and grinds nails in very short time without hurting your pet. Go for it.

This stopped working after 1st use and return denied. Worthless product. It is nothing but a paperweight now. Nonsense company, a complete corrupt brand. Please do not waste your money on this brand, nor on the seller.
