This is a nice exerciser. It comes fully assembled—just take it right out of the box. It is easy for my husband to use. It is lightweight enough so that it is easily moved. Thumbs up! Well worth the money!

Easy to use. Only problem I'm having is adjusting the tightness. Unable to do so. Still a great tool

I was going to a gym to use their recumbent bike. I'd drive about 13 miles each way and had to get there a certain time of day to get use of this machine. The gym only had one. So I would have to drop what I was doing to go work out. I'm retired and went to visit 2 of my children who are out of state. I stayed with them for 4 months. Then when I came home, I got covid and couldn't go to the gym. So I spent money for the membership for about 5 months out of the year and couldn't go. I decided to buy this little bike I can use for my legs, then my arms. It shows how many rotations you do, the amount of time it took, the amount of calories burnt, the speed you are pedaling. It has a resistance dial but so far I can't honestly tell it's been easier or harder to pedal. I can also take it with me wherever I decide to go. I've had this for around 3 to 4 months and have enjoyed it very much. I can do my workout when it's convenient for me and for how long I am able to. Great little workout! I'm very happy with this purchase. I do have more energy when I use this. It also came with a netted mat to help with slipping. It really works. As you use it and figure out how far from the couch or chair you are using, you can set there and watch TV or listen to music as you workout. I have really enjoyed it!

Bought this for my mom who has arthritis. I tried it. It's not smoth. Somewhat jerks around. Must use the non slip mat or it will slide everywhere

I love These! I can sit in a chair watching TV and before you know it I’ve ridden a couple of miles 😉. There is no assembly and it even has a digital timer on it. That shows you how long you’ve been peddling and how long and calories. You cannot beat it for the price! Also, it comes with a little mat to sit on to keep it from sliding. I’m very well pleased with my purchase

I use this almost daily and it's a good way to get some motion while stuck at a desk for long periods. Only issue, it's kind of tough to get the tension levels up to where I'd truly like with the tension bolt.

Works like a charm

I love how this rides smooth and quiet. I watch TV with my family as I pedal and you don't hear it. I also put it on my lap, I pedal with using my hands. I get a full body workout very easily.
