A long horizontal pre-cut slot would have served much better than two fixed holes. This would allow for hanging the device and more easily adjusting it before tightening it down (as long as the slot was not under the overhang).Subject to ensuring that you are seated in your car seat exactly the same way each time (no leaning forward to compensate).Does not come with any hardware.The pre-drilled hanging holes are very small for the screw/nail head and are pre-drilled behind the top piece that is positioned to hang over. I like the product, its simplicity, and functionality. It works great! The corners were too sharp to be sticking out away from walls so I took a grinder and hand file to ease the edges so no one gets hurt.
