Great Product
Package in a plastic bag and then in a box that was squashed in shipping but water bottle was not damaged! You have to put a little extra twist at the end on the top to insure it is completely sealed to the bottle, but once you know that I just check to make sure there is not a gap remaining. Once it breaks in taking it on and off a few times it's fine. Otherwise the button technology is awesome one hand operation no straws, flip stuff grab and sip very simple. You don't even have to take your eyes off what you are doing and safe around your computer or in bed.

No packaging
Was just the cup in an Amazon box. No proper packaging.I would have also expected to have a non-slip pad on the bottom at this price but didn’t have one.It doesn’t leak although lid feels like it’s going on cross threaded but have to force it to close properly.The drink mechanism seems OK but the spring is open to the water / steam, not sure if it’s 100% stainless.
