This cable is copper clad aluminium (CCA) rather than solid copper. I bought this to run to an Poe outdoor access point. Performance is great full Gb connection. Great quality and easy to work with. Great price as well. Could have bought solid copper cable at greater cost but went with this due to the possible future damage to the cable. At this price if I ever need to replace it then it won’t break the bank. Early days but seems good solid cable. Will be fully exposed to the elements as cable runs along a fence. Will see how it looks this time next year.

Purchased for a run upstairs along skirting boards, white to blend in and become invisible. Also ran it to a separate downstairs computer on the other end of the house.The interior plastic separator helps keep it in shape and sturdy, and the wires themself are not thin flimsy in the least, making it very easy to use my tool to add the RJ45's to the ends.I did find however it didn't quite reach beyond 20M in a run without detection or running at Gigabit speeds, from my premium ASUS gaming router. I desired a little slack either end, however had to shorten this to be a more direct point-to-point in order to retain a full Gigabit signal.The signal on both my <20M runs is perfect, no latency issues or dropping, and full gigabit speeds between my main router and 2 distant computers.From experience, I would recommend a switch or repeater in middle of runs longer than 20/25M

I've put this into service on my Gigbit network and the transfer speeds have been as expected with no issues. The build quality seems good and I expect it to stand the test of time. Quite happy with it and would recommend to anyone needing to expand their wired network.

This is a high-quality, user-friendly cable that ensures minimal data loss, and I used it to connect most of the ethernet switches and gadgets in my home. Great value for money.

I actually ran this cable internally from downstairs to upstairs before I had wardrobe fitted. I was worried they might get damaged but out of the 6 only 1 is abit faulty so they survived. I’m very pleased and looking forward to patching everything in properly.

This is a good quality cable, and heavier than some I've used. I like that, and it gives me more confidence in the quality of the conductors. Indeed, the listing tells us that they are thicker than usual, and made of pure copper. I always look for copper conductors rather than the cheaper and lighter option of aluminium, which can become problematic due to oxidation issues. The cable is shielded, to reduce signal interference.The performance of this cable is good, and I've found no issues when I tested it. There was no loss of signal speed. One thing to note is that this cable is circular in cross section, not flat, as currently claimed in the confusing listing title. The seller needs to amend this error.

I recently used this cable for some WiFi access points I was installing in a listed building. Due to the amount of electrical and power interference (because of having to run this ethernet cable along side other cables and power), I was worried about the signal quality. I'm very pleased with the end result and there appears to be no signal loss at all using this shielded cable! The cable itself is strong and robust, even when threading through sharp trays and wall sections, the cable remained completely intact. It's more tricky to terminate than Cat 5, but if you're done it before when you'll find it a breeze as you develop a method which works for you. In all, for quality vs price I cannot fault this cable at all, and wouldn't hesitate to use it again should the need arise.

For home camera system... cannot used RJ45 connectors cat6, 6E and higher ... calbe in side are very slim - <1mm !!!!!! Can use RJ45 CAT5 !!!

Câble de bonne qualité, peut-être un peu fragile dans le sens où il ne faut pas tirer beaucoup, attention donc dans les coins. Les pères sont repérées tout le long et donc facile à brancher. J’atteint le débit que je comptais à savoir le giga. Parfait pour l’installation d’un réseau Ethernet dans une maison.

Es handelt sich um ein solides, weißes FTP Kabel. Bei der Neuverkabelung meines Netzwerkschrankes habe ich ein Kabel gepaart mit 14 Keystone Modulen gebraucht und alles einzeln durchgemessen. Das Kabel lässt sich sehr gut verarbeiten und ist aufgrund des integrierten Kunststoff-Kreuzes sehr formstabil.Da ich mit den 25M nicht ganz hingekommen bin, habe ich direkt den nächsten Ring nachbestellt um noch einen weiteren Raum mit einigen Netzwerkdosen nachzurüsten.Für Unterpurzverlegung würde ich stand heute bereits zu CAT7 Kabeln greifen, aber da ich aktuell die Leitungen noch im Keller unter den Räumen durchführe und direkt zur Dose ziehe, reicht mir ein abgeschirmtes CAT6 Kabel vollkommen.In Kombination mit ein paar Keystone Modulen kann man hier nichts verkehrt machen. Die Qualität des Kabels ist für diesen Preis vollkommen OK.Trotz des fehlenden Schirms der Adern-Paare sollte es für jeden Privathaushalt vollkommen ausreichend sein. Bei mir unterstützt es problemlos Gigabit-Geschwindigkeiten und sorgt dafür, dass es selbst bei intensiver Nutzung, wie beim Streaming oder Online-Gaming, zu keinerlei Verzögerungen kommt.Das Verlegen und auflegen auf das Patchfeld und die Dose war ohne jegliche Probleme zu bewerkstelligen.
