Shake weight!
Not sure at the moment! I am going to give it abit of time to see How I get on with it! Watch this space! PS. It's abit heavier than I expected!

Terrible quality
This is purely made of plastic. It's got a very strong smell as soon as you take it out of the packaging. The tops got some silver plastic lids that easily come off.. it shouldn't be like that. They are really lightweight so better for a quick exercise ratjer than a proper workout

Cheap and...not nice
This comes in poor packaging, thin cardboard that doesn’t really hold the weight properly. It also looks very generic.The product itself isn’t much better. It is all plastic and is not great to hold. The endcaps are a bit loose and could easily come off. The shake mechanism itself works fine although they are not very heavy and thus you need to work out for a lot longer than a heavy version.The overall impression is of a bargain-basement product made as cheaply as possible. The current sale price of £22.99 is not worth it, you can get a proper one of these that will last years for about £30.
