The bottle's size and quantity appeal to me. Effectiveness will become apparent over time, as with many supplements where results are not immediate.

This product is easy to swallow. I look forward to my next labs to determine my cholesterol levels and if they were lowered.

I am allergic to statins so this was the next best thing for me. I took one a day for 3 months and went back to my doctor for a blood panel as my cholesterol total number was 242. I don't eat a lot of fast food but I'm also not a health nut either. I also do cardio 30 minutes a day in front of my TV 6 days a week from my YouTube fitness trainers. After taking one pill a day my total cholesterol dropped 18 points! I will be increasing to two a day to get my total cholesterol under 200.

These work well for my needs.

If you can't take statins be aware that RYR can cause the same side effects as lovastatin. I'd recommend starting slowly until you know if you can tolerate it. It does reduce cholesterol.
