MALFUNCTIONED WITHIN 1 WEEKTinewa sent a replacement part.5 months later and I am locked IN my house as the door handle has completely quit working. Asurion has told me to send it back for a refund. Needless to say, I am not able to not have a door handle in the middle of winter, not allowing me to keep the front door shut (if I could open it).

This was difficult for me to install and after having for over 2 months we still cannot figure out how to use the key pad to unlock the door.I do not recommend

It looks nice and works well. I shorted it one star because it was difficult to install with the handle in the opposite (left) direction to the edge of the door.

This is a good lock, although it did take a minute for me to figure out installation (I just misread the instructions, totally my fault). It works well, was easy to program, and I like not having to fish for my keys to get in the house after work, where they have inevitably ended up at the bottom of my bag.

We have followed the instructions to change the passcode - even got a contractor to try to reprogram the passcode- but it will not allow us to change the code. The instruction manual does not have a trouble shooting section. So we are stuck with the preprogrammed keypad code - which is clearly not secure.Do not waste your money on this!!
