The difficulty control really does not control anything

It's a nice under desk bike.
The bike is a good sturdy product. It does skid so had to find a rug and put weights in it. The counter is not counting. It turns on but doesn't do any counting. Would like to get a replacement counterso any scan or count

Had to return it.
Had 2 knee replacements dr. Said it would be a good way to exercise. Put it all together until I got to peddles. The threads did not fit. Had to take it all apart repack it and sent it back!!

Returned after one usage
Easy to put together but the peddles were hard to turn even on the least resistance. Very jerky and wobbly.
