The most difficult thing was to get the sack truck out of the box without tearing the box (incase of a need to return it before testing). The handle fell off and the pins for the wheels were very bent and had to be straightened to attach the wheels. Apart from that, the sack truck is quite light to manouvre and my favourite part is the foot plate is nice and big. Sadly, It doesn't operate very well over any form of bumpy ground (even small mole hills that have been flattened). I bought it to help with moving large filled plant pots around my garden, it does the job well. I've bought some bungee cords to ensure the pots don't fall off the footplate when moving over bumpy ground. I also like the fact that the handle can fold into itself when you have finished using it. I think it's good value for money.

At first glance I thought the instruction book looked good, but it only told you the obvious, that you had to put the wheels on and the split pins in. There was nothing about lowering the bottom tray or raising the handle, it wasn't difficult to work out but the book said operating instructions, Also I was unable to fit the three washers each side as the split pin hole was to close to the wheel hub. But I am pleased with it and it will what I wanted it for, I'm not sure about the 100k load.

Perfect for the job, purchased just after we moved and so far used to move large heavy plant pots with trees into place and saved backs from pain and a husband and wife from arguing

Bought to move Concrete Gravel boards and fence posts from front garden where they were delivered, to the rear Garden, so it has already earned its keep for me, as I could not have moved it all on my own. As others have said the way the wheels attach is a bit toy like, just using knock on end caps. washers and nuts or split pins whould have been better, but then it would have cost more, but would have been worth the extra then. I will use it for moving posts and boards around the back garden so i'm sure I will have had my moneys worth, using it for the one job I bought it for.

Needed a garden trolley to move very heavy garden tubs (>100kg) This unit did that easily and has springy airless tyres which tackle small and medium bumps.
