I wore this band for a couple of days but the metal buckle caused a horrible allergic reaction on my skin so had to stop wearing it. Apart from that I didn’t notice any difference to my health or energy balance. I suffer from M.E. and fibromyalgia and my body aches constantly so I think I would have to be covered in magnets to relieve my pain.
