Same As Hospital Surgical Underwear
These are the same brand and type of post surgery underwear that our hospital uses. My son had four drains, two on each outside thigh so the three pairs of underwear he got from the hospital were not enough. I called the clinic office to see if I could get more and was told no. Called the hospital pharmacy to see if they sold them and was told no. Called the hospital home medical supply store and also got a no. It’s ridiculous that patients can’t buy these because my son needed the extra stretch of the post surgery underwear to fit his four drain bottles and tubing with ease. The wings incontinence pants, L-XL, green waist band are the same ones the hospital uses (for men anyway) so I was glad I took a chance on these.Edit: I have machine washed and dried these underpants and they hold up well. Not all the stains come out but at least they’re clean and can be reused.

Same As What the Hospital Gives You
This is a must for abdominal surgery post op care. It’s exactly what was put on me in the hospital! It did not bother my cesarean scar like my regular underwear yet I could still attach an extra long pad with wings.

Good at keeping surgical dressings in place
Used these to keep wound dressing in place without using tape. They're washable, too! Good idea to use a mesh bag - treat them like your other delicates.
