GlucoRx 30 g/1.6 mm Safety Lancets, 100 Pack

Since this is for my elderly mother, who can't use normal lancets because she doesn't know how to install them, this is the best possible lancet for her to use

First time buying these to go with the new nexus machine. I didn’t realise that these didn’t fit in the lancer that punctures the finger - but that was my mistake. Works well but more painful than the Lance.

I purchase these, as I need to check my blood sugar. I've used a few different types but these are good value, easy to use and do the job.

I bought these to draw additional blood for at-home blood sample (Thriva) test kits, as the lancets provided in the kit don't draw enough blood to complete the sample. Sadly these don't prick as much as I need to draw enough blood before it scabs over, however this will be good if only a pin-head size sample is needed.

These are viscious! I'm really glad I went for the 30G rather than the bigger ones - I hate to think what those are like. The description recommends this be used for babies, children and petite adults; I'm certainly no petite adult and these hurt. I used my old lancing device on about a 3; these feel more like a 7 or 8. Quite a lot of force required to get the needle to advance rather than the gentle push they suggest. All that being said they provide a good sample of blood and do the job they're supposed to do.
