Western ChiefKids Neoprene Cold Weather Boots

I bought this boot to use as a rain/snow boot. I tried them on and the comfort is all there. I am a young woman with a small foot I bought them in bg kid 4 and they fit like a glove. I'm happy with the purchase. They are well made for the price and will be a good wear for those rainy snowy days in the winter

As an adult with a child size foot, clothing, shoes, etc that don't look "childish" are not easy to find. Found these boots during our weeks of sub-freezing weather and took a chance as size is always hit or miss. Got them to work out in the barn where I'm messing with water buckets, mud, and freezing rain and they kept my feet warm and dry. I also wore a pair of wool socks with them and haven't had any issues with them yet. Warm, dry, and comfortable.

We live in the country so my son uses these every day to check on our livestock. He’s either out grown or used them until the tread is completely wore down with no failure to the body of the boot. They are great!

These are nice boots to slip on and because thwy are flexible snow pants easily slide over them. I like that they aren't tie up or velcro. I do feel like thicker socks are necessary though.

We bought these boots for my 9 year old daughter. She wears them mainly to go quad riding, they keep her feet dry and clean and warm. She also wears them in the rain and snow. They are great all weather boots

Updated review 2/1/2019:I gave these boots a try under a running water and we tried them again in the rain and they do seem to be waterproof. The reason we kept trying- these boots fit best, seem to be most comfortable (in other brands feet wiggle in all-too-wide boot), they look good, our kid likes them and puts them easily on (2y10m) and they are not too wide at the top, so rain water doesn't get in. We like these boots very much. It has only been 1,5 month of use, hope they last another couple of months of rainy season. They are most favorite shoe-wear of our child. I will buy them again next year.The original disappointment most probably was because the feet got sweaty in a waterproof construction, we aren't quite sure.Original review:I read the reviews before purchasing, most saying that insoles fall apart after couple months of wear and then they start leaking, but I thought that we only need these boots for 2 months for CA rainy winter and then if they fall apart after 2 months we won't need them anymore after winter is over. So I decided to try these. They seem to fit our toddler very well, she could put them on easily by herself and they are soft. Some rainbows are very rigid. The strange thing is that the size description (9 toddler) was different on amazon and on the box providing different length measurements. They fit great though. So we wore them for the first time in the morning after a rainy night and the grass was wet. We went on a short walk, and when we came home kid's socks were wet in a few random places around the toes. It looks like these boots are not sealed well and are leaking, so they are not waterproof.

my son use these a couple times this winter and they were warm and kept his feet dry.

Boots are comfortable right out of the box! I took a chance and I’m glad I did! I wear a size 5 Wide in Women shoes. The 4 Big Kid is a comfortable fit.Another great quality product from Western Chief! Please add more color like the Garden Play.

Great boots! The Boy loves them. Well built and will hold up to the wear and tear of a 10 year old and the weather here.
