Pros:- 32x32 works great for larger items- Comes with a nice travel case- Good customer service- Comes with 3 backdrops- It’s very light and easy to storeCons:- Lights need dimmer capabilities with different color tone options- Some of the LEDs stopped working first day of use. (Good customer service and fast replacement helped)- The plastic clamps that hold the poles are very cheap and for this size of a box it’s not very sturdy. Expect some wobble.- The Velcro that holds the fold up door is weak, sometimes during mid shoot is slips down.It’s one of the few listed with these dimensions under $100. Easy to setup and take down, just be gentle since the plastic clips are very thin and easy to break.If your looking for something with a budget then I would recommend this product, but if you have a little more money I would shop for one that has better light control.

A great tool for getting better photographs. Lots of room for shooting even some of the biggest subjects. Super bright Led panel lights. It appears that the Mfg has listened to the customer feed back and have resolved many of the issues with things like flickering lights and zipper quality.The only two complaints I have are more personal then a problem with the box itself1. The black background leaves reflections and does not give a even black image. You can see this in other posted photos in the reviews. I solved this by buying two yards of black velvet. Now all my images have a truly "BLACK" background.2. A LED dimmer would be ideal and add just a minimum overall cost. I solved this buy buying a PWM LED dimmer on Ebay for just under $10.00As I said these really are not cons, but more of a personal like.

I am just getting started with selling on Ebay, and I needed to improve the quality of my images for my items. So I researched until I found this product. After receiving it the first thing I noticed was how easy it was to set up. I am not a professional photographer who is using photo shop or photo editing software. I don't have that capability yet so I decided to purchase a photo box to improve my photos and wow am I glad that I did. It's a really nice light box, a good size for many different sized items and I expect it to perform well.

The title says it.A few of the rods fit properly. Some fit properly on one end and not the other. And others are too small on both ends. None are too big.Now I wonder if I can get customer service or shall I return it?Update: Customer service asked for a video of me trying to assemble this train wreck. This, after I sent them photos of my caliper clearly showing the issue. Do they reckon I can hold a video camera in one hand while wrestling with this POS? Don't buy this thing.Update 2 - 11-10-2020: The seller sent a replacement unit at no charge to me so I bumped my review up to two stars. The replacement unit was just as flawed as the first one. Of the fourteen metal rods only one had both ends that fit snugly into the plastic pieces.I ended up applying a large amount of Teflon plumbers tape to the rod ends that were too small. After doing that the frame went together with no problem at all.In conclusion: apparently the manufacturer got a bad batch of metal rods. The seller, in an attempt to pass the error onto me, attempted to stonewall me and when it became apparent that I was not going to acquiesce easily, sent a replacement unit. The replacement unit was also flawed. In the end, it became my job to fix their problem.Two stars is generous.

I am totally impressed with this unit. It's strong durable, It's in my garage, I am a power seller on eBay and Use it weekly. All that was offered on eBay was the little 11x11x11 POS plastic china cube on eBay. I am so glad I purchased this unit. Plus I will refer people to buy this. I have been selling online since 1999 and should have had this a long time ago. The one thing I really like the best is the 3 colors of the drop clothes which comes with this. The POS cube I had from eBay gets dirty and takes forever to Clean. This unit All you do is just wipe the dirt away with a handy wipe. I also light how you can adjust the Very powerful LED light to run vertically or Horizontally. So that you can lessen the glare. STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. COMES WITH TRAVELING CASE. BRILLIANT A++++++

Great light box. Two bright LED light strips with an easy on/off switch on the cord which can be used to turn the lights off between pictures of different items. I took 40 pictures in sequence of one item without turning of the lights and had no problem with the lights. Easy to put together. I zipped up the sides and unzipped multiple time in trying the different color backdrops without any problem with the zippers. Great for taking picture of larger items. They have addressed some of the complaints from the past. The 3 color backdrop pieces now have Velcro at two places on one long end. All you need to do is buy some adhesive Velcro to put on one of the round metal frame tubes. They also included extra plastic connecting pieces in case one breaks in the future. I like the ease of attaching the cloth to make the light softer. Very satisfied with my purchase.

This will be a mixed review. It came three days later than expected. I really needed it for something important. Mine didn't come with instructions, so I had to figure out how to put it together all by myself. The materials are well done with a few threads loose, but it's very nice quality and very bright. I took stars off for the days that it was late and because it was a pain to put together. Other than that, it was humongous, bright, and good for what I needed.

Easy to assemble,Very big - the good You will be able to fit big stuff - will not fit thru the door, so you have to disassembly to change thru some rooms, bust since it's so easy to assemble (3 min), this is not an issue. Do not try to force/ push on the assembled , one of the plastic connectors snapped (I can fix it with Glue). My bad, but they give you some spares.

Not sure what people are complaining about.Easy to put together (without using the instructions). Great price.Sure, it may not compare to Light Boxes costing a lot more, but it's just right for me.Glad I ordered the 32".The writing (font) could have been bigger in the instruction manual for us old folks!!!!

Very study and easy to put together. The cloth shield for the LED light is awkward to install and sags at times. The light is reflected in the back of the photos when shooting from the front (I am not a professional photographer, but used a high tech cell phone). Overall I am not disappointed. I would recommend this product.

I bought this for professional product photography, assemble take some time specially if you need to move the box to customers place, the lighting is not really well distributed is missing the contrast, and destroy the colours, the wall reflector make pretty dark the background. I can appreciate the size and the adjustable for the lighting, but I suggest to the manufacturer to add additional white wall to create soft lighting.

This was a huge improvement over my last purchase of a light box. It lights well, has 3 backgrounds and was easy to assemble if you ignore the directions. The directions were the worst part as they would use words like "remove film" instead of "remove velcro strap." They also had a diagram with extra parts which had me wasting time looking for non existent parts.
