I'm a lash technician so I bought these as an add on treatment if clients desire during having lash lift or lash extensions.I trialled it myself first. I must say it seemed to soften my lips and it was quite a nice thing to do, 10 mins of very rare pamper time. But I can't say I noticed it plumped my lips or anything. But each to their own
