My pole snapped!!!! The seller sent me a whole new trampoline!!!!!! I’m so beyond thankful!!!!

Very DISAPPOINTED! $ 300.00 for a piece of crap! I bought this at the end of June, was delivered in July 3 l believe to my grandkids home. I just got the chance to go see it. The poles are to thin, they had a light storm and the poles bent. The mat that goes around the springs so very thin maybe a 1/2 inch thickness. The screen doesn’t stay up properly, the basketball hoop is a joke , doesn’t stay upright. I didn’t get to see the lights or sprinkler work, but if made like the rest of the trampoline it’s junk too! Had l known this was so poorly made l would have gladly spent alittle more on a safer one. I am so disappointed and know how much my grandkids are disappointed now! Only good thing l can say is my Son in Law said it was easy to assemble. So that’s great so now you can admire it just don’t play on it! Make it right either give me my money back ( l will gladly send you back this piece of crap) or compensate me with a better trampoline.

Trampoline was a hit for the first 6 weeks. First average storm came through and two poles are now bent. Hoping the seller sees this review and can send me a few replacements. Will change is review if it is made right of course. Seeing a lot of reviews with this issue so hopefully the manufacturer has been made aware and is reinforcing these poles.Had to do a little more work to get in touch with the manufacturer but they did come through and sent replacement poles free of charge. Hoping it was just a fluke and won’t happen again with the next storm.

Easy to assemble. Sturdy. Accessories arrived 5 days before the trampoline. Replacing a 12 year old trampoline, the kiddos love it. Haven’t done anything with the water parts yet but will update when I do.

Bought this as a gift for my grandchildren. Liked the idea of the net to protect them from falling off the trampoline. However the poles that hold the net up now bent and make it dangerous to use. I am going to try and reach out to the manufacturer and see if they will do anything. I am very disappointed that this happened after only a few short months.

The trampoline it's self is ok, bit the way the poles attach to it doesn't appear very safe, the way the net attaches is crappy and don't stay tight, ikust reinforced with zip ties, basketball goal is a joke and doesn't work, the sprinkler is ok so far after one use, haven't hooke up the lights yet so I can't comment on them. Definitely not worth the money all around. Better off getting on from Walmart and hooking up your own stuff.

Accessories (sprinkler, lights, etc) came day before trampoline. Was easy and quick to put together! Daughter loves it!!Came to edit: After a week or two of jumping the springs started snapping. Amazon replaced with a new trampoline but it’s happening with the new one as well. Have replaced about 15 springs so far on the new one. Will be buying better springs for it. Other than that, everything is still intact and working as it should!

I made the mistake of letting the kids know the trampoline came. I should have checked it over before saying anything. I had my 3 grandchildren between the ages of 10 years- 4 years old & they were so excited. Had they not been there I would have returned it. The frame looked either used or maybe like it was in water. Everything else was in perfect new condition. You can see in the pictures that the box inside the main shipping box looked like it had been wet ,dried & was falling apart. Which was no big deal but when you look at the pictures you can see that the metal(frame) looks like it has corrosion plus one bottom of the base was actually split. That lead me to think the frame was used or because of the box looking like it had been wet at some point maybe it looked that way because of water. At the end of the day we still put it together & the kids have been enjoying it. I was going to just let it be but I decided to do this review because I still have not received the solar powered light kit, the water sprinkler kit or the stake down kit. All 3 of those kits was included in the purchase price. It did say I would receive those items separately. It's been over a month since I've received the trampoline & I still have not received any of the kits.
