My neck is constantly tight and in pain, and my massage therapist recommended I get a neck stretcher to help ease some tension. I already owned something CALLED a neck stretcher - with that product, you lay down on the floor on your back, your neck lays on top of it, and there are small plastic nodes on it that start to dig into your neck a bit as gravity takes effect. The idea is that you do this for no more than 5 minutes at a time daily for the first few days. Well, after 2 days of THAT, I felt like I had a severe case of whiplash - horrible pain radiated from my neck, shoulders, arms, etc. I went back to my masseuse and said - REALLY? And then she told me I was using the wrong product.THIS neck stretcher is the type she recommends - because it GENTLY stretches your neck and you have complete control over how much or how little. I've been using it for a week and LOVE IT! In fact, my husband keeps saying to me - have you used your neck stretcher yet today? (Apparently, he's recognized my overall improvement since I started using it as well.)The fabric is very comfortable. there are two velcro straps - you undo these and then place it around your neck and you can set the tightness or looseness of the straps. I recommend keeping them a little loose! Then you squeeze a ball that inflates the three sections and you will feel it slowly, gently lengthen your neck. If at any point it gets uncomfortable, simply twist the metal knob near the ball, and it will start to release air. I wear it for about 15 minutes and then take it off. This may never 100% solve my neck issues, but it has already given me A LOT of relief! I LOVE IT!

Easy to use. It does the job for me. Provides a nice stretch of my neck after being on the computer all day. I use it for 20 -30 mins at night. I find some relief in my headaches caused by my neck tension. Good value.

Works. A little padding would be nice.

Was a gift for my daughter, she suffers from neck pain , so got her this product and she says it has helped. Easy to put on, comfortable while using it. Has help with pain ;

Product made well, but to achieve any posterior neck stretch, if at all, it is way to tight and causes soft tissue pain. And the jaw compression is also painful. After trying it a few times at different levels of inflation, I realized there is not much neck stretch at all. Returning.

I normally don’t write reviews but this product deserves a great review. I’ve always had cervical neck issues so stretching and traction is part of my life. I’ve had this same type of neck extender before but the quality of this one is by far superior. The proportion of the rings are so perfect that I have gotten the best stretch I’ve ever had using equipment like this. The symmetry of the product is spot on. You will definitely feel the difference in your neck. I have and it feels great!! Thank you for a great product that relieves my neck pain!

I have tried several neck traction devices but this one beats them all. It is a quality product that really works. It came in an impressive shrink-wrapped box, laid out flat to retain the original shape It was not folded or wrinkled like many similar products which generally have four-folds and ship in a tiny box or an envelope.The fabric quality is excellent and it holds the air without any additional wheel, ball etc. Quite delighted with the purchase so far.
