These are the prefect size to put in chicken nests to tell the girls where to lay. The colors are just fake enough that I can tell which are real and which are not. I had to write on the white ones with a sharpie so I can tell they are fake.They are solid, have a good weight and are smooth not to not splinter my hand. The paint job is solid and looks like it will last a long time. I am impressed with the quality and price.These are excellent if you have a bird who eats her eggs. She can tap all she wants but she won't crack one of these ;)
