As a female military Vet I really appreciate quality gear. My comments are meant in a positive "user - wish it had" comment. I really love this comfortable posture alignment gear. Proper alignment while stretching is a pleasure. I breathe so much better. No more nerve pinching and numb hands soooo nice.Suggestion: Because I want to wear it all the time - I'd appreciate/would use it more if . . . there was a simple design addition to the adjustablity. A flat material "O" rivet, soft material - not metal - A secure opening/ hole, not a sewn on loop at the end so a carbiner-pull or paracord can be looped through, as a pull to extend the velcrow. The is difficult to feel and find the end of the velcrow. This product is an asset to my life. Just wanted to mention a possible benefit to anyone with arthritis or shoulder issues. I hole punched mine, reinforced the hole and I use a thin flat paracord loop.Hamstring stretching is also really helping general posture. If that change was made I'd send these out as gifts.

It digs into my wife's arms and causes cuts and scratches. She can only wear it for 20 minutes at a time and the corrective nature of it causes discomfort. Unfortunately due to the arm injuries it causes, my wife doesn't use it daily or even weekly. It's too bad, I feel like it was helping her posture, but it caused too much damage for her to continue using it.

Ehh. Helps but doesn’t help. I like to wear the back support when I was on the treadmill. Helps keep me up right

I stand or sit most of the day at a desk and find myself regularly hunched over either looking at the keyboard or down at paperwork. I wondered when I bought this if it was worth it. So I am super happy to report two things. 1) It is comfortable and it works. AND... this is more important. 2) The effect lasts even after I take it off. I found that even after I leave the desk and remove the brace, I am standing taller and have better posture. I am glad I bought this one!

What a great product! The quality is amazing, the results, even better. If you’re looking for better posture or improving back pain this is the easiest way. This product has all the tools needed to make it all happen. As a Special Educator, I thought it’d be great to try this product on a kindergartner whose goal was to eventually carry his backpack. After a week with this product, my student met his goal and it was quite beautiful to see him walk better and show more overall strength.

Didn't work for me. The straps dig in. Too thin. I returned this posture corrector.

I’ve endured much spinal trauma. This product is exactly what I need, that yoga, a chiropractor, physical therapy, nor keniesiology tape can’t do. I’ve needed the extra support, in regaining and realigning my posture, and I could not be more excited and pleased with the Spoevo Back Posture Corrector, along with all the other necessary accessories it comes with!
