I was a little sceptical about these at first, seemed pretty cheap to buy, but I'm glad I did now. Yes, the stainless is very thin and they do feel a bit cheap, but when up on the fence these lights are really good. They give off loads of light and look great. Better than most of the B&M cheapies......

I’m a little late in writing this review - 4 years late to be precise. But this allows me to report that all lights are still working after all this time. So my review is a simple one - these lights are a decent product that stand the test of time.

9 out of 12 work but are not very bright. Ok for decking steps as a warning but no good for light.

Admittedly it is winter at the time of reviewing and I live in the north of the UK, but even with a full days exposure to the Winter sun on days it isn’t cloudy, these don’t stay on after dark for more than a 3 to 4 hours. I don’t need them to stay on all night but to be most useful they should be able to charge sufficiently during the day IN WINTER which is when they are most needed to give 6 or 7 hours of lighting. And no I don’t have them positioned in the shade. This is a shame as they seem well made and are attractive solar lights.

Light up my outdoor steps perfectly but they do collect condensation on the inside so not sure how long they will last
