First of all, this both smells and tastes like a fresh product, so that is good. It also tastes fine, so that's good.As for the effects, I'm not sure. I don't mean that in a bad way at all but that I am, quite literally, not sure of the effects. Honestly, I've only been using it for a couple of days, so more time could tell. I also have been squirting it (via the handy eyedropper) into a glass of water, so I'm not taking it in any concentrated form. I do feel -something-, but I just cannot yet report as to whether it's good, bad, or just "there." I will endeavor to amend my review and give more details as I contine to use it.I have felt a mild, short-lived, rough sensation in the back of my throat right after drinking it. I wouldn't go so far as to say that it is unpleasant, but I do want to report it. I don't think there's any harm done, but it's better for you to know and not be caught off-guard.I will continue to use it, and I do believe it's doing me at least a bit of good.

I swear I can feel this stuff working — I take a double dose and it’s like I can feel the blood circulating to my toes and fingertips better. Very impressive. Also helped me with bruising and swelling.

I was really hoping this product would help lower my blood pressure significantly along with my continued exercise program. Unfortunately after taking the recommended doses , when I had my pressure checked it hadn’t decreased enough to continue taking after the bottle was empty. The ingredients listed gave me a hopeful outlook, however it just didn’t deliver. I am trying to get off my current medication and will try to find another supplement that works to improve blood circulation.
