As long as the gauge is accurate...
As long as the gauge is accurate it worked just fine. I have no way on knowing if the gauge is accurate, but it seems decent and seemed to work well.

Good DIY tool
The best way to figure out if your catalytic converter is clogged. Put this in where the oxygen sensor is and measure the back pressure. This is not a professional grade tool - but is a good choice for the shade tree mechanic. A great price point as well.

This is a review for LUTIFIX Exhaust Back Pressure Tester/Gauge, Automotive Replacement Exhaust Cat-Back Systems with 6-Foot Hose Automotive Back Pressure Tester.This is a must have if you are trying to locate a restriction in your pipe. Just place this anywhere you can downstream and read the gauge. The reading seems pretty accurate, and the toughest part will be removing your O2 sensor.
