Better than my Weber rocket stove.The Weber is bigger, but its plastic handle gets quite warm, and pouring the coals needs to be done quickly or it gets hot, fast.What really makes this shine in comparison to my Weber is the heat shield and wooden handle. SO much better than the cheap briquet company one I replaced. This one holds up nicely, feels really sturdy and looks quite nice if you forget to put it away and it sits out on the patio

The media could not be loaded. Smaller than my old Weber. Was concerned about how well it would draft based on the size of the air holes. Seems to draft well though. The handle has two screws that hold it on but it doesn't come with washers. I suspect the handle will rip out in due time without extra support. The handle does stay cooler than a Weber does. The reflector send to work very well and of course the handle is wood. The angled opening makes for easy controlled dumping of coals. Wish it would have come with washers and wish it was a little larger.

We use this a few times a week and it works great. Nothing has loosened. Handle stays could enough to touch. Solid build. Great product.

I have one 20 years old that works better. Very slow. Advertised as large but not any larger than others.

Built well. Fits lots of charcoal.

Bought this for my husband and he is very satisfied as he makes bbqs quite often. Makes the proces easy and fast.
