Should have read the reviews
I wanted to love these, I wanted to walk without pain. When these stayed in place and didn't move it was wonderful! But 99% of the time they shifted, rolled, twisted and came off. I tried them with socks, without, in thong sandals, in open toed sandals, barefoot - everything. I feel like these were a wasted 8+ dollars.

Redesign for todays woman's shoes.
OK for wearing with sneakers but todays dress shoes or heels are cut lower than the pads. So they stick out from the shoe and if you cut some of the padding off it doesn't serve it purpose.

Design flaw
The product rolls up when you put your shoes on. Most likely only works with tennis shoes, but not sure how you could get them on while wearing these.
