I'm not someone who knows how to properly play a drum like this, I want to start off by saying. But this is absolutely beautiful and I'm beyond happy with it. This drum is thick but not too thick, it's very nice quality, and the sound is exactly as I thought it would be. The drum stick is nice, too. It's not heavy but it's not super light. I will say that if you're going to be using this a lot I would probably find a replacement stick because it doesn't seem like it will do well with heavy use.

It’s beautiful in appearance and can be used for a basic beat drum but not suitable, in my opinion for consistent banging and beating on for very long… though I haven’t tried that yet… it seems like it would give way eventually, as it’s not extremely sturdy in it’s design. But it’s a beautiful piece of art for a gift for sure!! My bf loved it as a representation of me!!

Very pretty & Love the design but the image is not as vibrant as the pictures advertise. Appears more like a washed out watercolor and the values of the oranges appear to have less contrast.

This is a beautiful drum. I do plan to use it for a drum circle but it's pretty enough to hang on the wall as art. Came with a drumstick. The base is unpainted wood so you could easily customize it.
