I have some issues with breathing that are annoying but not life threatening. As I got older, breathing after exertion became a different issue. Pure Oxygen is great for recovering from brief periods of exertion. A couple of puffs and it really helps to catch your breath.I've known some people that required large bottles of Oxygen to get through the day. Others used smaller oxygen generators in a small package they carried with them. I was glad to see them produce small bottles of oxygen to help regenerate as an over the counter solution. This item is a good priced choice for me.

Great product, works fast. I use this while working out and it REALLY helps giving some boost to my cells. When I start breathing hard, I use this for about 1 mins and it helps power me up. The #1 problem I have with this product is their PRICE. These need to be 1/2 the cost. It can be that expensive to make this oxygen in a can.

Gives me that lift when I need it most. I suffer from COPD but I'm not on oxygen therapy. I take maybe 5 breaths just barely squeezing the trigger enough to get minimum flow. Not recommended for medical use I get that but it's a tremendous asset none the less

Perfect solution to help you adjust to thinner air at high elevation when you go from sea level to elevations over 10K+. As you age, your system does not adjust as quickly and the Boost Oxygen helps you adjust to changes in elevation. Only need to use the oxygen in the initial couple of days to you adjust to the higher elevation.

After a bout of heavy exertion, breathing from one of these will take you out of winded status very quickly. Less than a minute of breathing this and you aren't hyperventilating anymore. But sadly they run out of product pretty quickly. Save them for when you really spend yourself with heavy activity.

I bought this for my child who frequently gets sick with bronchitis, asthma attacks, and pneumonia. Such a great product. Puts my mind at ease. Weightless item.

An expensive addition to the SHTF collection. It appears to maybe serve a purpose if & when.

Is basically just compressed air. No O2 benefit from me using it. Blood oxygen stayed the same.

Find the Boost Oxygen very helpful when feeling exhausted. Wouldn't like to be without it.
