These really work! My husband says I haven't snored in four nights. They feel a bit funny going in your nose at first - but I quickly didn't notice them. They didn't bother me at all while I was sleeping. This is a nice set because it comes with four sizes. I tried the two smaller sizes until I settled on the smallest size to use on a regular basis. Definitely worth trying if snoring is a problem for you.

My snoring was ruining the sleep of my long-suffering partner. I thought I was going to have to get a sleep study, CPAP machine, the whole nine yards. Shoved a couple of these in my nose, and my lifelong snoring stopped! And I'm waking up in the morning feeling more alert. It's such an awesome, low cost solution to improve quality of life.Word to the wise, however, my dog found my first pair and thought they were delicious. Keep out of reach of puppers.

I was worried when I first bought these that they'd be uncomfortable but the silicone is the perfect material. Super intuitive product, easy to use, and most important to me comfortable. My partner really appreciates that I use them as well. Though I wasn't expecting this, I've actually felt rested the days after using. Too many wins not to purchase.

These aren't working for me. Having a choice of size is nice, but they fill too much of the nasal cavity. I've tried other products that have less material with greater success. Rather than just help nostrils to flare open, these are like breathing through a straw. I used them for a week and will be giving up. The packaging is nice, though.

I've never been told that I snore, but I often have a blocked, stuffed-up nose, and these devices completely eliminate that condition. I was surprised at the change they produce from no air flow to completely free and full air flow. I no longer suffer from a dry mouth in the middle of the night from breathing through my mouth.

I had to leave a review because this actually works! I’ve tried nose strips and other things for snoring that fall off or just didn’t work. But these according to my boyfriend I didn’t snore for the past 4 nights of using it.

Works to help my husband's snoring. His breathing is much clearer with the largest size (he has big nostrils). Let them air out for a few hours before your first use. Highly recommended!

I like the fact that the container had different sizes to try. I dislike the fact that if I need to buy this product again, I have to buy the entire container for the ONE pair that fits me.
