this has come in handy for the classroom and the house. In classroom I need to clean off take residue off desks and this does it perfectly. The plastic blades are well manufactured so that they are "sharp" enough and yet will not scratch material or bend easily. I am still on the first blade. At home I have used it to take off price stickers of carton boxes.The only bad thing is that the blade does come off during use a couple of times. It doesn't click into place perfectly snug, so it has slid off a few times. Not enough to make me frustrated.

I really wanted these to be good but these are not worth the low price they cost. The blades won’t stay in the handle. It just 1 small plastic bump that holds the blade in place. It does not hold the blades at all. I’d go so far to say it’s a design flaw. If there was about 4 small nipples to hold the blade it might hold but even when the blade is held in place with my finger it still doesn’t function well. Total waste.

Honestly, I had my doubts about the plastic blades. This product is great. I use it to clean the gunk from my fish tanks without having to worry about scratching the glass or the acrylic sides of the aquariums. Works well in the kitchen for removing baked on food from the microwave and glass top stove. Won't scratch your car if you are careful - really handy when you need remove road goo from your windshield and grill. Also much safer than metal razor blades. You would have to really work hard to cut yourself with these. Very happy and would buy again
