Q: How do you get the pillow to fluff up?

You mean when you just got it? When I first took it out of the vacuum package, I just left it lying in my balcony and tapped it a few times to let the air into the pillow according to the product description and then waited for it to get fluffed up. Of course, it will take a while for fluffing up, but trust me, this body pillow is worth it!

Q: How does this body pillow work？

I've been using it for a while and have slept with it almost every night, the pillow is still looks great! I'm not a complete side sleeper who keeps the same sleeping position all the time, I also enjoy sleeping on my back or just lying on my stomach on top of the pillow to relax on, as it has a nice fluffiness which won't be completely flattened out. Another point I would recommend is that it doesn't have a zipper. It's very easy to get allergy in summer and have a bad night's sleep when you get scratched by a zipper, but that's not a problem with zubisu's body pillow. The product description also says that their pillows use hypoallergenic eco-organic cotton, which is also suitable for people who are easily allergic or for pregnant moms. Overall, this is the best body pillow I've ever bought.

It’s more firm than I desired. I wanted to snuggle as a body pillow but doesn’t have much give considering it’s goose down. Not lumpy but too firm.
