That magical moment when another human being creates a mesmerising world for you using simply words? This book made me catch my breath a little (several times).I decided to buy this book because of its pretty cover. Sometimes I'm very glad that I judge a book by its cover.

I’ve read a lot of fantasy and I can confirm that the reviews are right, this is so ‘unlike’ anything I’ve read before. Just for that, it deserves a place in my favorites. And then there is the prose, which in my opinion, one of the best in recent years. So please, read this book! It deserves more attention and recognition.

Denna var inte alls för mig. Snurrigt och svårt att hålla reda på vad som händer eftersom att boken berättas från massor av olika perspektiv och dessutom från olika tidpunkter. Jag gillade inte alls författarens sätt att skriva, jag gillade inte karaktärerna och jag kände inte att jag brydde mig om hur boken skulle sluta för jag var inte alls investerad i berättelsen. 1,5 stjärna.
