Okay, I bought this recently and it is okay so far. It is pretty loud, I use it a lot on my e-bike and you have to let the idiots out there with earbuds in both ears that you are about to pass. A lot of the time they can't even hear you. Once I was not paying attention and the rubber bulb came off and fell to the ground so I had to double back and find it. Then the reed came out of the tube and went in the rubber bulb so I had to fish it out and make sure it was securely reattached. I had another brand of the same type horn recently and after a few months the copper reed broke so it was toast. I am waiting to see how long this one lasts. These horns are very cheaply made so this is what I did to make it much better. First I used some glue to make an air tight seal between the reed and the horn tube and it made it sound a lot louder. Then I used duct tape to keep the rubber bulb securely attached to the metal horn tube.

Cheap, flimsy

Love this horn. It makes navigating the aisles at Whole Foods SO much easier! People just look at me then get the H E double hockey sticks out of my way! Don't forget to get a sturdy lanyard to keep it handy when you're eating free samples with the other.
